Children and youth are an important part of our church family at Cornerstone. We have a great team who are passionate about teaching the Bible to children and young people.

All our team have undergone the required checks with the Criminal Records Bureau and we have a number of qualified teachers involved.

For children under 18 months, there is a crèche in Tiffin School’s play room.

Bible Tots

For 18 month to 3 year olds. The children learn the great truths about their Creator God and about Jesus from the Bible.

They learn through short, engaging, Bible stories, singing, music, craft and play.

Cornerstone Kids

Children from 3 to 11 years meet together to share news and then they split into more age-specific classes.

Younger children learn through a Bible story, games and craft activates. Older children engage in a simple Bible study and a lively discussion.

In all of our groups we aim to teach the Bible clearly and simply. We work hard to help the children understand how the truth they have learned about Jesus applies in different areas of their lives. We also provide regular youth activities for 11 to 18 year olds.

We make use of Mustard Seeds teaching resources from TnT Ministries.

Morning Service

Our 10.30am morning service in Tiffin School includes our crèche, children’s and youth work. Tea & Coffee is served before and after the service and we encourage people to stay around afterwards for conversation.

We meet near Kingston Town Centre, so there are many transport links from nearby areas.

Evening Service

Our evening service meets at 6.30pm on Sundays in The Hub. The hall is set out with chairs around tables, and each table has some drinks, Bibles, pens and service sheets on them. You can also grab yourself a hot tea or coffee as you come into the hall.

The style of the meeting is quite informal and is generally more interactive than in the morning. There is often time to discuss what the preacher said and ask him any questions.
